I am fascinated by how complex quantum systems can be understood, controlled, and ultimately utilized for future technologies. My research lies at the intersection of quantum information, quantum many-body physics, and quantum technologies, where I explore how we can manipulate highly entangled quantum states, which are the building blocks of many quantum algorithms and simulations.

It is quite challenging to find efficient ways to prepare these quantum states on real quantum devices. One of the central challenges is finding the best route that transforms a simple quantum system into a much more complex one, reducing the errors in the process. By designing better “paths” for this transformation, we hope to make quantum state preparation more practical on today’s and tomorrow’s quantum hardware.

My broader aim is to turn beautiful ideas from quantum theory into practical methods for emerging quantum technologies.
